  A retired casting company executive, Clarence E. Fishbaugh, 85, of Bluffton, died at 9:31 pm Monday, November 4 at Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Mr. Fishbaugh retired in 1980 after 29 years with Decatur Casting Company where he was assistant general manager. He was a veteran of World War II, serving from 1941 to 1946 with the U.S. Army and retiring from the army Reserve after service from 1945 to 1971 sustaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with the Signal Corps. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Parlor City Country Club, American Legion Post 111 and First United Church of Christ. He was a 1935 of Bluffton High School. He was born in Rockcreek Township, Wells County, August 27, 1917, a son of Clarence E. and Lovie McAfee Fishbaugh. His marriage at Carlstadt, New Jersey on February 20, 1947 was to Edna Wohlfarth, who survives. Additional survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Melinda) Hamm of Indianapolis and two grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 am Friday at Goodwin Memorial Chapel with Rev. Neil Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Emmanuel Cemetery at Rockford with American Legion Post 111 performing military gravesite rites. Visitation hours at the Goodwin Chapel will be Thursday from 2 to 8 pm.
