- Joshua Neal Eshleman, 23, of Ephrata, entered into rest at University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia on Sunday, September 21, 2008, following a brief illness.
He was born in Ephrata, a son of Gregory Eshleman of Ephrata and Cindy M. Craig, wife of Brad A. Bolognese of Boyertown.
He was a 2004 graduate of Ephrata High School where he participated in football and wrestling, and enjoyed hiking, his dog, Dodger, and spending time with family and friends.
He worked in construction for Caddick Construction of Ambler for four years.
Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Gregory Mark Eshleman of New York, NY, and William Raymond Lingenfelter of Boyertown, a sister, Angela Craig of Wyomissing, maternal grandparents, Herman and Betty Craig of Reinholds, paternal grandmother, Carol Buohl Hackman of Ephrata, maternal great grandparents, Earl and Elizabeth Myers of Birdsboro, and his fiancee, Nicole Mello of Ephrata.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 P.M., on Friday, September 26, 2008, at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata, followed by the funeral at 2 P.M. with Rev. Craig Snow officiating. Interment will follow in the Lincoln Cemetery, Ephrata.
