| Arlene M. Lesher, 72, of Denver, entered into rest at home on Sunday morning, January 20, 2008. Born in Adamstown, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Margaret (Berg) Trostle. Arlene's husband, Donald R. Lesher, passed away on October 12, 2007. She retired from J.R.H. BioSciences where she had worked for 19 years. She was a member of Peace U.C.C., Swartzville, where she sang in the choir and belonged to the baking bunch and the Elderberries. Arlene enjoyed baking, gardening and her grandchildren. Surviving are 2 sons; 5 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and a brother. The Memorial Service will be on Thursday at 7:00 PM in Peace U.C.C., 37 E. Swartzville Rd., Denver, PA 17517 with Rev. William E. Hoch officiating. Private interment in Muddy Creek Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Arlene's memory may be made to her church or the Ephrata Cancer Center, 460 N. Reading Rd., Ephrata, PA 17522. (lancasteronline.com) | ||
