- D. Ann Lamm, 88, of the Villages of Spring Ridge, Wyomissing, and most recently a resident of Phoebe Village, Wernersville, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Reading Hospital.
Her husband, Richard C. Lamm died on March 14, 2010. Born in Reading on November 21, 1927, a daughter of the late Dora A. (Peters) and Edward Berkley.
She was a 1945 graduate of Reading High School.
Ann worked many years in the Cafeteria at Wilson High School.
She was a member of St. John's (Hain's) U.C.C.
She is survived by three daughters: Suzanne C., wife of Walter L. Lewis Jr., of Indiana, Pa.; Karen J., wife of James P. Stiles, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; and Joanne A. "Jody," wife of Robert P. Zimmel, of Allentown; a brother, Niles Berkley, of Temple; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's (Hain's) U.C.C., Wernersville, with Rev. Ann Bolek officiating. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Church. Interment will follow at Hain's Church Cemetery. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville, is handling arrangements.
