  Census records show Philip was born in 1837-38, but PA Death Certificate #95279 says 1831. He was 12 in 1850 so 1837-38 is probably correct. He was the son of Abram and Peggy (Smith) Good. [Peggy is a nickname for Rebecca.] They and some of their children moved to Illinois but Philip stayed in Pennsylvania. Philip was married first to Sarah ______ who died before 1870. On Sept. 30, 1873 he married Lydia Weinhold Keesy, widow of Samuel Keesy. After two years they separated and he lived with Catharine (McQuade) widow of Jacob Wolf. Philip and Lydia were divorced in 1885. He died in the Lancaster County Alms House. No wills or deeds have been found for him.
