- Alma M. Rank, 98, formerly of South Heidelberg Twp., passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Raymond R. Rank who died Sept. 21, 2005.
Born in Mt. Carmel, she was a daughter of the late William T. and Carrie E. (Berkheiser) McFee.
She was a member of St. John’s (Hain’s) UCC, Wernersville.
She was a 1935 graduate of Wernersville High School.
She was a former Girl Scout Leader in Troop 115, Wernersville.
She is survived by two daughters, Christine A. wife of John J. Mroczka, Alpharetta, GA and Candy M. wife of Caleb J. Deibert, Millersville; three grandchildren, Christopher Mroczka husband of Paige Younkins, Woodstock, GA, Elizabeth wife of Robert Chaney, Marietta, GA, and Samantha Deibert, York; four great grandchildren, Carys Anna Younkins, Tatelyn Rose Chaney, Russell Raymond Mroczka, and Archer John Chaney; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Howard McFee; and a great granddaughter, Emelyn Rose Chaney.
Services will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, April 7th, at Phoebe Berks Chapel, 1 Reading Drive, Wernersville. Visitation with the family will be held 10:30-11:00AM, Thursday, at Phoebe Berks Chapel. Burial will be in Hain’s Church Cemetery. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, is in charge of arrangements.
