Also survived by 8 grandsons and one granddaughter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Tuesday morning, September 8, 1983, at 11 A.M. from the Elkton Presbyterian Church, Elkton, MD. Interment in the West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD... During his 35 years of state service, Dr. Byers served as Health Officer in Montgomery, Prince Georges and Cecil Counties.
