- Earl F. Heffner, 86, of Wyomissing passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at his residence.
He was the husband of 58 years to Ardelle A. (Ohlinger) Heffner.
Born in Richmond Twp. on March 11, 1929, a son of the late Edna (Adams) and Frank Heffner.
He was a 1946 graduate of Wilson High School and served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wernersville.
Earl owned and operated a re-modeling and construction business in the area for many years.
He enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Melissa A., wife of Jeffrey Landsberger, of Slatington, PA; three sisters, Pearl Barnett, Mildred Webber, and Pauline Gerhart; a brother, Marvin Heffner; and two grandchildren, Joshua and Ashley Landsberger.
He was also predeceased by a brother, Carl Heffner.
Services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville, with Rev. Julie Osterhout officiating.
Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 130 S. Walnut St., Wernersville, PA 19565.
