- Dorothy F. Fitterling, 84, of Centre Twp. passed away Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at the Reading Hospital.
Her husband, Stanley E. Fitterling died in 1978.
Born in Sinking Spring, on January 16, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Howard H. Freeman and Mazie (Reber) Freeman.
She was a graduate of Wernersville High School.
She and her son owned and operated their family Dairy Farm in Centre Twp.
She was a member of Salem Belleman's Church, Mohrsville.
Dorothy enjoyed music, singing, and playing guitar.
She is survived by a son, Jeffrey A. Fitterling husband of Loretta (Bashore) Fitterling, Centre Twp.; a brother, Paul Freeman, Denver, PA; and two grandsons, James Fitterling, Centre Twp.; and Joshua Fitterling, Lancaster.
She was also predeceased by a brother, John Freeman
Services will be held Friday, March 7th at 2:00pm in Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville, with Pastor Bruce W. Potteiger officiating.
Interment at Sinking Spring Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call Friday 1:00 to 2:00pm at the Funeral Home.
