- Olive M. Geiss
Olive M. Geiss, 83, formerly of 430 Spring St., died Wednesday at 5:05 p.m. in Berks Heim Annex, where she had resided since Aug. 28, 1995.
Her husband, Roy W. Geiss, died June 11, 1959.
Born in Richland, Lebanon County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Sallie (Risser) Forry.
Geiss was employed as a cook at the former Red Bull Tavern, Jacksonwald, and was last employed by the former Mechanics Uniform Co., now Aramark Uniform Services, Reading, until her retirement.
Surviving is a daughter, Sally Ann G., widow of Ray R. Reichart, Reading.
Other survivors include two brothers, George Forry, Richland, and Fred Forry, a resident of Cedar Haven, Lebanon; and three sisters: Mary, wife of Carl Shott, and Joan, wife of James Zidik, both of Richland; and Alice May, Lebanon.
