  Reading Eagle, 19 OCT 1959, page 2 J. Frank Lutz Denver, Oct. 19 - J. Frank Lutz, 86, formerly of Stevens, died this morning in the Lancaster County Hospital where he was a patient for six weeks. Prior to that he was a guest for three years at the Elmdale Rest Home, Lititz R.D. 2. Born in East Cocalico Township, he was a son of the late John S. and Emma (Steinmetz) Lutz. For a number of years he was the owner and operator of the J. Frank Lutz Hardware Co. and also for a time operated the Buick automobile agency in Stevens. He later was employed for 12 years by the Steinman Hardware Co., retiring five years ago. He was a member of the Lancaster Church of the Brethren, POS of A [Patriotic Order Sons of America], of Reading, and the Lancaster County Firemen's Assn. He never married. Surviving are six nieces and two nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Roseboro Funeral Home, this place, the Rev. Amos S. Heisey officiating. Burial will be made in Denver Union Cemetery.
