Mrs. Mary A. Eberly, sixty-nine, wife of Alvin Eberly, 203 West Main Street, Ephrata, died at 11:38 a. m., Friday, in the Ephrata Community Hospital, after an illness of several weeks. She was a daughter of the late Elisha and Anna Martzall, Martin, and was a member of the Ephrata Church of the Brethren. She was interested in child evangelism and other activities of the church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Anna, wife of James E. Nelson, Altoona, and Dorothy, wife of Harold E. Miley, Ephrata. There also survive two grandsons; six brothers and sisters; Eva, wife of C. B. Snyder, Ephrata, R. 1; Jonas Martin, New Holland; Anna, wife of C. E. Myer, Manheim, R. 4; William E. Martin, and Ira Martin, both of Ephrata, and Naomi, wife of John Good, Bareville. There are also two half-brothers, David W. Martin, New Holland, and John H. Martin, East Earl. Funeral Services were held from the Ephrata Church of the Brethren on Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment was made in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Ephrata.
