- Sadie Styer was married first to Jeremiah Longenecker who died January 12, 1903 of consumption. Her second husband was Clarence Heffelfinger.
Sadie died of metastatic breast cancer.

"Mrs. Clarence Heffelfinger
Mrs. Sadie Styers Heffelfinger, sixty-one, wife of Clarence Heffelfinger, 158 Park ave., Ephrata, died of complications at 6:15 p. m. Thursday at her home. She was a member of the Hope Evangelical church, Ephrata.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Florence, wife of Wallace Reber, of Epharta [sic], and Louella, wife of Edgar Seidel, Harrisburg; the following brothers and sisters, Willard Styers, Lancaster; Dora, wife of W. B. Foulks, Camden, N.J.; Robert Styers, Ephrata, and Fannie, wife of John Caulwell, Lancaster. Ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. (DT) Monday at the home, with further services at 2 p.m. in Hope Evangelical church, Ephrata. Interment will be in Bowman's cemetery, Ephrata. Friends may call at the home on Sunday afternoon and evening."
