  ELIZABETH BENNER, SPECHT TEACHER Elizabeth Nace Benner, of the Hatfield Village Apartments, Hatfield, died Friday at Grand View Hospital where she had been a patient the past six months. She was 51. She was a second-grade teacher at the J. Henry Specht Elementary School, Kulpsville, and formerly a teacher in the Plymouth-/Whitemarsh School District and in Hawaii for five years. Born in Souderton, she was the daughter of Emma Nace Benner, of Lansdale and the late Lincoln M. Benner. She lived in the North Penn area for her entire life. A graduate of the West Chester State Teacher's College in 1945, she was a member of the local chapter of the American Association of University Women, and was also employed in Philadelphia as a social worker. She held membership in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansdale. She is survived by her mother; two sisters, Dorothy Benner of Lansdale, and Nancy N., wife of J. Kenneth Jones of Lansdale; and two brothers, Ernest N. of Tonawanda, N.Y. and Donald of Wayne. Services will be held Wednesday. Arangements are by the Elmer S. Shelly Funeral Home, Lansdale.
