  Milton was the 2nd of 2 boys of Milton Garges Wasser (1883-1959) and Maggie Landis Moore (1883-1953). He married Martha Sylvia Gorman on May 20, 1944 in Washington, D.C. at the Central Presbyterian Church, 15th St. NW. At the time, he was an air defense artilleryman with the U.S. Army, assigned to protect the nation's Capitol. He would later see combat action in the European Theatre. He and his unit were among the liberation forces of the German extermination camp at Dachau. Milton would leave the Army after World War II to become a machinist in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, where he and Martha would raise their 4 girls (Marjorie, Shirley, Jean, and Linda). He died at age 82 at North Penn Hospital in Lansdale. Cause of death was prostate cancer, complicated by coronary artery disease and a recent myocardial infarction. He was cremated. His cremains were inurned at the Garden of Memories, Central Schwenkfelder Church Cemetery, Worcester, PA.
