  GWENDOLYN H. BALTHASER, 92, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Saint Anne Home & Retirement Community, Fort Wayne. Born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, she enjoyed sewing, needlework, current events, and music. Surviving are her daughter, Deborah (Mark) Poling of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Stephanie Poling of Charleston, W.Va.; and son, James L (Anita) Balthaser of Tucson, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G Balthaser; and parents, Harvey and Margaret Myers. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at D.O.
